Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the agentshopper application (the “App”) provided by We Accelerate Inc. (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the App on your Shopify store, you (the “Merchant”) agree to these Terms.

1. The service

The App provides an AI chat assistant that answers shopper questions about your store’s catalog. We may update, improve, or modify features over time. We may also suspend or discontinue the App with reasonable notice.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must have a valid Shopify account and the authority to install apps on the store you connect. You are responsible for the accuracy of the catalog and configuration data you make available to the App and for all activity that occurs under your store connection.

3. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the App for any unlawful, infringing, or harmful purpose.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its infrastructure.
  • Do not use the App to process content that violates Shopify’s policies or applicable law.

4. Billing

The App is currently offered free during early access, with no new Shopify subscription or usage charge required. If paid plans are introduced later, their pricing and terms will be presented before you approve any charge through the Shopify Billing API. Legacy subscriptions can be cancelled from the App’s Billing page.

5. AI-generated content

The App uses third-party AI models to generate responses. Responses are produced automatically and may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring the assistant appropriately for your store. The App is provided as a tool and does not constitute professional advice.

6. Data & privacy

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. You are responsible for providing your shoppers with any notices and obtaining any consents required by applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the App and its underlying software. You retain all rights to your store data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. Data handling after termination is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
